Based in Yorkshire, we are a 120-strong team working with a broad range of customers across both public and private sectors. But behind all that is a business that has people at its heart.
Our people really are what sets ACS Office apart - we thrive on building relationships with customers and make it our mission to help make work life easier for them.
Initially starting out in 2008, our business has grown organically from strength to strength. Even as we get bigger it is important to us to maintain our personal culture – from our MD knowing every single person by name, to our office dog Frosty wandering around our desk on the hunt for treats!
We are a people-centric business and believe in nurturing, recognising and investing in our staff.
We believe in making a positive impact – whether that’s internally, environmentally or within our local community. From hiring local apprentices and fundraising for local good causes, to community volunteering projects and environmental roadshows.
We even have a dedicated Impact Team who meet monthly to help drive ideas and initiatives throughout the business.

Sustainability
It’s more important than ever to protect our environment and we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. As a business we are constantly reviewing our environmental practices and striving towards a more sustainable way of working. We are not only committed to our own environmental goals, but also helping our customers work in a more sustainable way.
Product Consolidation
We can implement product consolidation and set minimum order limits to reduce the number of deliveries and carbon emissions.
Green product swaps
Our Account Managers will suggest eco-friendly alternative products from our extensive Green Catalogue.
Environmental Roadshows
We can help encourage your users to go green by hosting onsite Environmental Roadshows.
Recycling
We can provide waste solutions including hardware and toner recycling.
Reduce single-use plastic
We have a specific list dedicated to alternatives to single-use plastic, which our Account Managers can guide you through.
We take sustainability issues seriously across all our businesses, find out what else the ACS Group does as a whole to keep on track of our environmental goals.
Our unwavering commitment to fundraising has seen us raise a staggering £123,000 over the years for various charities. Always looking for more ways to give back, this year we decided to launch our own Community Interested Company which means we are able to give even more support to charitable causes within our local area.
